With the RYA Zone Championships getting closer (23rd & 24th September) I wanted to make you aware or remind you that the JMST support will continue again this year for the 5th year running.
If you are unaware of the partnership please visit the OnBoard website for more information.
At least one young sailor will be selected from each of the nine RYA Zones and Home Countries giving them two years of exclusive use of their own boat/board (single handed junior pathway boat/board) donated by the Trust. After which the boat/board will be returned to the sailor’s original club/centre so other young sailors can continue to benefit in the future and progress into club and regional racing activities. The boat/board will be owned by the club/centre throughout the loan period. The purpose of the partnership is to support families who financially would not be in a position to buy their own equipment.
To be considered:
Sailors must enter and compete at one of the RYA Zone Championships on 23-24 September 2017. This could be main or regatta fleet.
